Note: Training refers to the teaching and learning activities carried on for the primary purpose of helping members of our organization acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes needed by a particular job and organization.

Dashboard

Provide an overview of all transactions executed by an Agent (or Support Center Analyst).

Support Center

A way of accepting calls, e-mails, or other customer communication channels by an Agent.

All information is recorded for review, analytical, and reporting purposes.

Ticket Review is considered as Opened (1), Closed (2), or Pending (3).
Video Training

A training video is a video with an educational goal and values of teaching a skill or knowledge.
Virtual Training is a highly interactive, instructor-led training class, with defined learning objectives and participants who come together using a web-based classroom platform.
